Built around the turn of the 20th century, this original grain mill was  known later as the  "Farm Bureau Mill."  This historic Lexington
mill served as a grain mill for local farmers throughout the early 1900's to late 1970's.

Thr brick pavers on the exterior of the mill, covering 3 sides of the building, are the original pavers from Lexington Avenue when it was
resurfaced with asphalt in the early 1940's.

Recently, the mill had a portion of it's building in use as a youth center and coffee shop for the Youth for Christ organization.  Currently
the mill is zoned "Mixed Use" as commercial/residential use, making it ideal for the live-in entrepreneur or easily re-zoned to fully
residential or commercial.

This well built historic mill would make a perfect cafe, bookstore, retro museum, bistro... you decide.
